Description
A practical foundations course in business analysis: what the role does and doesn’t do, mapping context and stakeholders (including the people affected but rarely asked), elicitation techniques and question patterns, as-is and to-be process modelling with exception paths, writing testable requirements, non-functional requirements, prioritising by value and cost, traceability, and acceptance criteria.
It is a foundations course and not preparation for any professional body’s exam; it does not guarantee an analyst role.
